A deeply relaxing and restorative class for all levels designed to help the mind and body unwind and decompress from the day.
The perfect antidote to any kind of stress or activity - either physical or emotional, this deeply nurturing and gentle class utilizes floor-based stretches and postures to help restore balance to mind and body.
*Please be sure you wear comfy, soft cloths (ideally made out of cotton or natural fabric) and have a mat. Also, if you can have additional (optional) items handy such as: a blanket, pillow, bolster, yoga strap or bath towel that will make this an even more enjoyable, restorative and supportive experience!
Shortly before the class start time, you will receive an email with a link to ZOOM which will enable you to participate live. I recommend you log in to the ZOOM link that you will get in an email 5-10 minutes before class to ensure proper connection.
