Please have a mat, light hand weights, any kind of exercise ball or Swiss ball, stretch strap and 2 paper plates or Glides handy if you have them!;)
Shortly before the class start time, you will receive an email with a link to ZOOM which will enable you to participate live. I recommend you log in to the ZOOM link that you will get in an email 5-10 minutes before class to ensure proper connection.
