The Non-Linear Movement Method® (NLMM) is a powerful somatic method developed by Michaela Boehm and is a simple yet effective way to destress and connect with your body, emotion and sensation. Very grounding and relaxing and similar to a gentle yoga class, this workout is perfect for beginners and/or anyone who is experiencing trauma or stress.

Shortly before the class start time, you will receive an email with a link to ZOOM which will enable you to participate live. I recommend you log in to the ZOOM link that you will get in an email 5-10 minutes before class to ensure proper connection.

All you need is a mat and/or blanket, a safe and quiet space where you will not be disturbed and your comfy cloths...or jammies! ;)
