Virtual Therapy Ball Mobility
You're gonna LOVE the Therapy Ball Mobility workout!
It's similar to the Foam Roll Mobility format but instead of the foam roller, we use a small lacrosse ball-size "thera" ball. BTW: You can get these therapy balls - also called Yoga Tune Up Balls - pretty much anywhere and if you have any problems finding them or questions, just email me. They are cheap but sooooo great and effective at loosening up muscles, mobilizing joints and reducing tension and stress in both mind and body! (If you're in a pinch, you can also use a tennis or golf ball but it's not quite the same.)
