Come join us for this exclusive VXN/Vixen Workout workshop where we breakdown some of the most popular moves, review foundational techniques and learn specific song choreography of this fabulous format!

The workshops are still a workout, but are PERFECT fin particular for newbies or people who want a little slower pace then the rregular class because we breakdown pieces of the songs so you can really learn the moves and then can feel more confident and get an EVEN BETTER workout in the future! They are also popular among veterans because in addition to learning the brand new choreography, we can all use some refinement of our skills and, well...it's just more VXN! ;)

Open to all levels and abilities and walk-ins!
