As busy women we all need more ME TIME! :) Come join your sisters in this loving and supportive community where we will connect with both ourselves and others - we are waiting for you!
I get it...we are all busy and we all know there is an overemphasis on "doing" in our world. But what about your natural, innate feminine flow?
When does that get to be tapped into and expressed?
In addition, many of us feel increasingly isolated both emotionally and often physically from both ourselves and others.
As women, we are natural caretakers and find ourselves taking care of everyone else before themselves so we usually don't have enough regular time in our busy lives to stop the outside world for a bit and go within to ourselves and reflect, check in, reset and regroup.
That's why I'm so happy to offer this special opportunity for us women to come together and create a sacred tribe of sisters. The intention is for us to have a positive, supportive and safe place to go to hit the "pause" button on the crazy and cultivate some "me time" plus learn some things about the Sacred Feminine and the ancient teachings and practices of the Divine Feminine so we can feel more grounded, balanced, confident and ALIVE in our lives.

DETAILS:
1. We meet once per month on the first Thursday of the month at 7PM EST for approximately 60 minutes.
2. If you're interested, simply CLICK HERE to get on my exclusive Women's Circle Email List with a note in the Subject line: "ADD ME TO WOMEN'S CIRCLE" and I'll send you all the details.
3. We use Zoom so just make sure you're set up with a Zoom account (which is free).
4. During the circles, please be sure you have access to a private, quiet space for the monthly Zoom calls so you won't be disturbed and it's a good idea to have pen and paper as well as lots of soft, cozy fabrics, maybe a hot cup of organic tea and room to move a bit.
5. Each month you'll get an email from me with the private Zoom link to access the group. Only people who've contacted me directly (by signing up for the Women's Circle Email List as mentioned above) will have access: I respect your privacy and my role is to ensure a safe place!
6. PLEASE NOTE: Attend whenever you want! If you can't make a month, there's always next one - no trouble, no work, no stress - this is here for YOU!:)
