This is one of my favorite ways to get exercise and stay fit particularly when my schedule is busy and I'm short on time! In this class we get your heart rate up and get you moving and burning calories with fun dance fitness routines and then we balance it out with some yoga poses to help tone, build strength, balance, mobility and flexibility. You will leave feeling fit and complete!
Just bring a yoga mat and water and towel (and smile!):)
