Strengthen, stretch and balance your whole body in this traditional Yoga practice that includes both standing poses, forward and back bends, twists, floor stretches and core work.

Please wear comfy, soft cloths (ideally made out of cotton or natural fabric) and have water, a mat and any additional supportive items handy such as: a blanket, pillow, bolster, yoga strap or bath towel,e etc. These will help make your class more adaptable to your unique needs as well as more enjoyable.

*Shortly before the class start time, you will receive an email with a link to ZOOM which will enable you to participate live. I recommend you log in to the ZOOM link that you will get in an email 5-10 minutes before class to ensure proper connection.
