Create the long, lean, beautiful lines of a dancer in this whole-body toning, mobility and flexibility workout where we give a little extra attention to the trouble spots like hips, thighs, glutes, abs and arms!

Using a fusion of Barre Ballet, Body Weight, Yoga, Pilates, Core work and general mobility and flexibility training, we firm, shape and sculpt while improving posture, balance and improving muscle tone.

Please have a mat, chair and water ready!

Shortly before the class start time, you will receive an email with a link to ZOOM which will enable you to participate live.
