Get a fast and effective full-body fat-burning workout where we combine strength and conditioning exercises with short, cardio fitness moves, boxing. Always includes abs and core training! 

Usually no equipment is needed, however it would be good to have a mat, light hand weights, any kind of exercise ball or Swiss ball, stretch strap and 2 paper plates or Glides handy if you have them!;)

Shortly before the class start time, you will receive an email with a link to ZOOM which will enable you to participate live. I recommend you log in to the ZOOM link that you will get in an email 5-10 minutes before class to ensure proper connection.
